*Christmas week 18th-22nd of December cancellation policy 

For all appointments over 1 hour ( facials, pedicures, long wax and tint appointments) you must cancel before the 13th of December to avoid a full fee for your appointment ( full fee is 100% of your appointment booked)

Cancellation policy:

To cancel your appointment please text 0404015604. If you haven't heard back please check you text the right number and try again to receive Confirmation that your message was received.

There is a cancellation/no show/change of appointment fee of 100% of your appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment. Cancellation of appointments must be made on business days Monday through to Friday. If your appointments are on Monday please change your appointments on Friday not on Saturday or Sunday to avoid cancellation fee. 

Also please give 24 hour notice to change your appointment ahead of time to arriving. For example if you have a half leg + bikini and a eyebrow wax booked in I allocate 30-45mins and when you arrive you say "I only need eyebrows waxed today" I could have booked someone else in for the remainder time.

Please just be mindful that I run this business totally on my own and every appointment counts and time is precious. There are so many people who would love your appointment time so please just be mindful to give me notice so I can fill your spot.
